FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process the information provided by interested parties in order to:
▪    Carry out the academic and administrative management of students for the proper organisation of the centre, the provision of curricular, complementary and extracurricular activities and other services offered by the school, which also includes the collection and processing of data and information of a psycho-pedagogical nature related to the learning and socialisation process of the student generated during the school year.
▪    Management of the first aid nursing service for pupils.
▪    Financial management, collection of bills, fiscal and accounting management.
▪    Carrying out communications between the centre and the interested parties and their legal representatives.
▪    Sending commercial and advertising communications about the school's services.

FOR HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
Personal data provided will be kept for the necessary length of time to provide the services of the centre, to comply with the deadlines legally established in the legislation, as well as to comply with fiscal and tax obligations. 

WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA?
The legal basis for the processing of data is the consent you give us by signing this document, as well as the legal obligation to process your data for tax, accounting, administrative and data management purposes. The educational provision is also legally based on the execution of a contract with you as a parent/pupil.

TO WHOM WILL YOUR DATA BE DISCLOSED?
Possible recipients include both Tax and Public Administrations with competence in the field of education, Banks,   Insurance Companies and other Public Administrations. 
The School contracts its virtual infrastructure under a "cloud computing" model through Google Inc. under the standard contractual clauses available at https://workspace.google.com/terms/mcc_terms.html

 WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR DATA?
You have the right to obtain confirmation of the processing of personal data concerning you and therefore have the right to access your personal data and the additional information referred to in Article 5 of the European Data Protection Regulation.
You also have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data, or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 7 of the European Data Protection Regulation.
You may also, in the cases provided for in Article 8 of the European Data Protection Regulation, request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims, court injunctions or legal requirements.
Where the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time without detriment.
You have the right to request portability of the data you have provided to us, to receive it in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have it transferred to another data controller, in accordance with Article 20 of the European Data Protection Regulation.

In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of your data, in particular for processing relating to profiling or automated decisions. In these cases, we will stop processing your data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of any claims, all in accordance with Article 21 of the European Data Protection Regulation.
In cases of decisions based solely on automated decisions that produce legal effects on you or significantly affect you in a way similar to such legal effects, you have the right to obtain human intervention in such a decision, as well as to express your point of view and, if you wish, to challenge such a decision.
